Shepherds Pie FOR POTATOES 1 pound ground beef 1 1/2 lb. potatoes, peeled cut up salt and peper 2 TBL Butter 1/2 cup milk 2 12 oz cans Creamed Corn Step 1 Preheat oven to 350°. Make mashed potatoes: In a large pot, cover potatoes with water and add a generous pinch of salt. Bring to a boil and cook until totally soft, 16 to 18 minutes. Drain and return to pot. Step 2 While boiling the potatoes brown the ground beef, adding salt and peper to taste. Step 3 Use a potato masher to mash potatoes until smooth. Add melted butter, milk. Mash together until fully incorporated, then season to taste with salt and pepper. Set aside. Step 4 In a 2 qt casserole layer the browned ground beef, creamed corn and mashed pototoes. Step 5 Bake for 30-40 minutes ~
